Management’s Role in Organizing Human Capital

By organizing human capital, management is responsible for training, hiring, as well as following-up on the productivity/advancement of each employee.

The role varies from one organization to another; however, the concept is the same, management is responsible for the progression of employees, as well as maintaining and controlling current employees.

Management is also responsible for company/employee moral, as well as their well-being and safety while on the clock. In order to create a successful/efficient company, management also has the responsibility of uniting employees with personalities that will compliment each other, as well as decrease the weaknesses of a given department.

In other words, management must match employees' knowledge, personalities, as well as work ethics, in order to get the best performance from a group, department, or organization.
