Why Blog?

Blogging has become a way of life to many; people blog on Facebook, we blog on MySpace, and Twitter can be considered a blog; a blog is any type of a website or part of a website where individuals share information. 

A blog is updated with regular entries of commentary, a description of events, or  a blog may contain material such as videos or graphics; if you use any of the social networks out there, you're a Blogger.

Different companies blog, sports writers blog, government officials blog, as do teenagers; and now that we've determined what a blog is, I take it you, or someone you know blogs as well. 

People blog for different reasons; some blog for the social aspect; to have fun, some blog to inform, and some blog as a hobby; the benefits of blogging are that you can make money and network at the same time.

Yes, I know you connected with 5 to 10 random people last week on your preferred social network, and I know many of us use these social feeds to stay in touch with our family and friends, but why not give yourself the opportunity of making money, while at the same time, doing what you do on other sites anyway?

Blogging is good for small business owners as well; blogging gives individuals an open forum to convey their thoughts/opinions to the world.  

Blogs offer an outlet for righting wrongs (well at least an outlet to rant about what is wrong). Blogs also allow informed individuals share their knowledge with others.

These scenarios are common for all of us; throw the opportunity of making money into the equation, and I believe, yes, I have mentioned something for everyone; however, blogging is not for everyone and there will be days when you may not feel like entering a thing, and I know that blogging may seem unfamiliar at first, but it's what I do and I enjoy it.

Educating, entertaining, disrupting, shocking, and comforting are all done through words; blogging is an outlet for expressing or demanding all of these emotions to or from your readers.
