Employee Benefits Memo

This memo is to explain and examine the benefits available to employed Regional Marketing Managers. 

Please read and take note of these benefits, as they do affect the company's finances as well as employee retention.

Regional Marketing Managers will have health insurance, which covers family member as paid; dental coverage, also covering family members as paid by employee. 

Life insurance is also offered to all employees at a rate through an outsourced insurer. 401(k) plans will serve as retirement funds; company will match 50% of 401(k) employee deferral contributions, based on a maximum employee deferral rate of 6% of  pay. (current rate, will vary accordingly) 

We are focused on providing for our managerial employees and will also offer bonuses to those who qualify (management). Another benefit offered for management is Paid Time Off (PTO), which accumulates as 10 hours per every 80 hours worked.

Employee will also accumulate more PTO after 5 years of employment, at such time, PTO hours accumulate every 5 years.

The main consideration for these packages are competitive benefits; we want and will attain the best possible employees in order to maintain and expand our company.

Another aspect looked at is cost, in which we are able to do what is best for our employees and what is best for the company as a whole.

Benefits have and will attract quality employees to our firm, helping to create a foundation for the future.

Focus is put on bonuses in management positions; those qualifying will have the opportunity for cash incentives, vacations, as well as discounts on cellular bills (through associated providers), as well as the option to buy stock within the company after 2 years (management positions). Bonuses will feature more options than other employers and will serve as a motivational tool for all.
