I moved in to a new house and one of the first things I wanted to do was set up all of my utilities, especially cable. I had been living at my parents’ house, so I just watched the tv channels that they have. I wanted to see what other packages were available, so I searched “direct tv or cable” online to find out what my options were. I found some really affordable packages that would give me so many channels. There are a few tv shows that my friends watch that I have not been able to because my parents did not get that channel. Now, I will be able to watch all the same shows as my friends and I can record shows that I miss. It is funny how such a little thing can make me feel like I have so much independence a freedom. I am also looking forward to having my own house so that my parents’ are not always asking where I am going. Having my own house is going to be so much fun!
